as we are about to board a minute into our reservation my friend and the captain received text messages, from boats that are saying, without any rhyme or reason or confirmation number that are our charter was canceled.
May I add the captain wasn’t ready for us even though we were early. The hostess meets us at the marina, loads our food into her cart and is leading us to our charter. Plenty of time before 7 PM departure over 50 mins early. We arrived at the time requested early enough to begin to load our items. I am convinced that this company is a complete and total scam, my friend book this charter for her 30th birthday. Our sincerest apologies again for this experience.

YACHT RENTER BEWARE!!!! Here are pics of convo plus a pic and name of the boat. He is still texting me and trying to bully me because of the bad review i left. Anyway here is our conversation with the owner. A simple “i apologize about ur bad experience” would have gone a long way. Its the whole shady way he runs his business and the retaliation and bullying when u, as a customer are not satisfied. As anyone that can afford to rent a yacht can afford $400. Such a bad way of doing business! This guy is a sheister. And finally if u leave him a bad review he turns around and tries to blame the cuatomer. So the point is this individual runs his business under a false name “anne” and he deceives customers knowing that once ur on the boat and u wanna go have fun ur gonna pay plus they already have ur deposit. Instead of apologizing for the inaccuracies and my bad experience he turns around and retaliates and gives me a bad customer review (which by the way i could care less) but it chaps my ass that he took this approach.
He wrote to me on the site and started his rant with “seriously?” As if i had done something wrong. When i got home obviously i left a bad review. He began to get aggressive and i did not want to argue as i was on vacation so i simply said disregard. I told him…this was not what i was quoted. He proceeded to tell me that the site charges $200 yadda yadda yadda. Seems sketchy that he wont put his real name. When i questioned the captain he put the owner on the phone. They had charged me $500 deposit (which in all fairness was returned to me) but in addition they charged me $995 + $650 i gave the captain in cash. That seemed odd so i checked my credit card. When i questioned the captn he said “i dont know they dont let me ser amounts”. When i got to the boat they charged me $650 in cash and had me sign a confirmation for the credit card but did not show an amount.
